When you create and use CTRL-View, we may collect:

• organization information, such as your club or organization name
• information stored within your organization's workspace, including member names and email addresses, equipment and device records, device names, device coordinates, device metadata, and related operational information

We may also collect your device's current location while you use location-based features in the app. This is used to support app functions such as device setup, showing distance, and associating a location with equipment or devices. CTRL-View is not designed to track or store a user's ongoing movement or location history as part of normal app use.

How We Use Information

We use this information to:

• create and manage user accounts
• provide app features and organization access
• display and manage organization members, devices, and related data
• support device setup and nearby device interaction
• help show device position and distance
• maintain, secure, and improve the app

Device Permissions

CTRL-View may request access to the following device features while the app is in use:

• Bluetooth
• NFC
• Location

These permissions are used to support app features such as device setup, nearby device interaction, and showing distance or device position.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information.

We do not use advertising SDKs or in-app analytics or tracking tools.

We may share information only as necessary to operate, host, secure, maintain, and support the service; to comply with legal obligations; or to protect the security, rights, and integrity of the app and our business.

Organization Visibility

Some information, such as member names, email addresses, equipment, and device information, may be visible to logged-in users within the same organization as part of the app's normal functionality. This information is not publicly accessible.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to operate and support CTRL-View, unless deletion is requested or required by law.

Users may delete their own account within the app.

CTRL-View is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
